Violation of any term listed below may result in immediate suspension or blacklisting from our program. All future commissions and earnings may be voided without notice. Prohibited Affiliate Practices

Unauthorized Ad Copy or Creative Use Affiliates may only use marketing materials provided through the official Polar Vortex affiliate portal. Use of unauthorized materials may result in termination from the program.

Misrepresentation You may not impersonate Polar Vortex, its creators, employees, brand ambassadors, or representatives in your promotions. You must never present yourself as the owner or creator of the Polar Vortex brand.

No PPC Brand Bidding Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords in search engines or ad platforms (e.g., "Polar Vortex reviews", "Buy Polar Vortex"). This includes Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and others.

Clear Disclosure for Review SitesIf promoting via a review page or blog, you must disclose that you are not the brand and that your content is a paid promotion. The term "REVIEW" must be clearly visible in:

  • The URL
  • Graphics such as profile or cover images

This rule applies across all platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, blogs, or any other digital property.

No Brand Exploitation for Products or Apps Affiliates are not allowed to create apps, eBooks, reports, or any other products using the Polar Vortex name, for sale or giveaway. This includes both digital and physical goods. Do not repackage or relabel our brand under any circumstances.

No “Scam” or Negative Bait Advertising Affiliates may not use words such as “scam,” “fraud,” or similar in any form of content including ads, metadata, thumbnails, or copy—regardless of context.

Retail Site & Classified Restrictions Affiliates may not promote or sell Polar Vortex on:

  • Amazon, eBay, Etsy
  • App stores (iOS, Google Play)
  • Classified platforms like Craigslist, Kijiji
  • Wholesale or resale platforms

Checkout Direct-Linking is Forbidden You must send all traffic to our official Polar Vortex landing pages. Bypassing the sales page and linking directly to checkout/order forms is not allowed.

No Adware, Bots, or Artificial Leads Use of adware, click fraud, bots, or fictitious lead generation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
